Has been Member of the Board of hotels operated by Camino Real, Maeva and Nacional Hotelera de BC, and Member of the Credit Committee of Scotiabank Inverlat and the Fonatur Project Investment Committee.

Oscar is Master in Business Administration. Graduated with honours at 1989 in La Salle University campus Mexico.
